s::can announces its participation at SCOREwater (H2020 Innovation Project) that focuses on resilience against climate change and urbanization by developing a water smart society according to European sustainability standards.

SCOREwater’s aim is to build a bridge between governments, universities, urban developers and technology leaders within the water technology industry to develop new solutions to protect the cities from climatic changes that will have a huge impact on the environment. Furthermore, SCOREwater will help the governments and water operators to achieve the goals set by the Urban Water Agenda 2030.

“SCOREwater’s aim is to build a bridge between governments, universities, urban developers and technology leaders within the water technology industry”

s::can supports the SCOREwater with its latest innovations for smart water measuring such as the brand new spectro::lyser V3, a high performance online water quality monitoring probe. Jordi Raich, General Manager of s::can Iberia and SCOREwater team member, explains: “The SCOREwater project is a perfect opportunity to get smart data to improve city governance. Specifically in Barcelona, learning about citizens habits will allow to better manage and operate sewer networks as well as having a positive impact on the environment and people’s health.“
