Using the Radius® BZ1 Area Monitor, RGX™ Gateway, and iNet® Now cloud-based software, real-time remote live area monitoring can easily and effectively be set up within minutes.

A rechargeable 168-hour (7 day) run-time battery means the RGX™ Gateway can confidently be employed over a longer range, up to 100 meters away from the Gateway, ideal for monitoring operatives working in confined or remote spaces. Constant Monitoring
Peer-to-peer monitoring is provided by LENS™ Wireless, available in the Radius® BZ1, which enables the attendant stationed outside the spaces to view the atmospheric readings from each confined space. If gas levels inside the space become hazardous, the Radius® BZ1 will immediately alarm, causing the monitor stationed with the attendant to also alarm and display the gas level and location, calling the attendant to action. By design, the Radius® BZ1 will automatically communicate wirelessly with other Radius® BZ1 monitors, which creates a peer group sharing peer alarms and real-time gas readings across the group of networked area monitors.
Wireless Solution
LENS™ Wireless allows the attendant to monitor operatives using personal monitors. If an operative is endangered in any way, such as by a gas hazard, a message will be instantly relayed to the Radius BZ1 and directly to the RGX™ Gateway. This data is then passed via wireless access to iNet® Now cloud-based software, where users can monitor the confined space in real time.
All readings and gas alerts will be displayed on the iNet® Now dashboard as well as GPS coordinates to the exact location. The alert subscription consists of adding email addresses and phone numbers of the people who should be notified when an alarm event occurs. GPS coordinates are provided so anyone who is set up to receive real-time alerts to pinpoint the alarm location immediately without logging in to the software.
Flexibility and Portability
Up to 24 operators can be linked to the Gateway at one time and because it is so flexible and portable, it can be used in environments in which existing safety monitoring systems cannot operate. In addition, the RGX Gateway can either be purchased outright or leased, saving costs. There are no maintenance costs or specialist software requirements.
