On July 13th, Franz Untersteller, State Minister for the Environment, honoured the winners of the Environmental Technology Award of the Federal State of Baden-Württemberg at a solemn award ceremony in the Schwabenlandhalle in Fellbach. This was already the fifth time that Baden-Württemberg’s Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy Industries awarded this biannual prize for novel and innovative technologies in environmental engineering. The award, worth a total of € 100,000, is awarded in four categories and a special award by the jury. This year, 80 companies from Baden-Württemberg had applied with their processes and products, and 24 of them were shortlisted. With the Fidas® product line of particulate dust measurement devices, Palas® GmbH from Karlsruhe placed second in the category of measuring, control and regulation technology and Industry 4.0.
“Being awarded at the Environmental Technology Award is a great success and at the same time an incentive to fashion our further work likewise innovatively and with the environment in mind”, said Leander Mölter, CEO of Palas® GmbH, at the award ceremony. “With the more than 600
