Dr. Johannes Koeth, CEO of nanoplus, states that personal contact is essential to understand and solve a customer’s laser need. “We have made the experience with many industrial clients from gas sensing, that laser specifications are best discussed on-site – in the customer’s laboratory or production unit. The explicit insight into our client’s product technology allows nanoplus to design a tailor-made laser, which replies to all parameters defined by the customer.”
nanoplus, hence, decided to open an independent sales and service office in the United States, where the demand for nanoplus’ highly precise distributed feedback lasers has been growing at accelerating speed. From its new office in Boulder, Colorado, nanoplus will support American analyzer manufacturers with comprehensive local customer service, faster delivery time and immediate accessibility. nanoplus’ underlying aim is to form long lasting business relationships based on mutual trust.
