Molnar-Institute hosted a Webcast on ‘’How to Manage Analytical Methods Across all Stages of their Life Cycle Using One Chromatographic Modeling Tool’’
The hour-long webinar, which took place on July 12, 2018 was hosted by LCGC editorial team and Molnar-Institute, is now available for watching on demand with a free registration.
It presents how HPLC retention modeling (for reversed-phase, normal-phase, HIC, HILIC, and ion-exchange separations) saves time and resources across all stages of the life cycle of an analytical method. Based on examples from industry, it demonstrates how method run time can easily be reduced 10-fold with improved selectivity when redesigning an old method, while the development time needed is reduced by factor of 12 at the same time. Furthermore, it shows how an existing USP method that frequently fails in routine runs can be understood and improved in accordance with the allowed changes (USP 621) using DryLab modeling software.
