Italian Exhibition Group is green. Italy’s number one trade show and congress organizer, generated by the merger between Rimini Fiera and Fiera di Vicenza, among the first event provider companies to boast UNI EN ISO 14001 certification for safeguarding and protecting the environment, scores yet another result for the ecosystem with the installation of three, cutting edge, modular condensing boilers with an investment of over 200,000 Euro.
“It is an important operation,” says IEG Managing Director, Corrado Facco, “that we welcome with conviction, not only in the wake of our distinctive characteristic of being green, but also in line with the Company’s efficiency improvement policy and integration in the panorama of circular economy.”
“Modular condensing boilers,” explains Mario Vescovo, IEG’s Operations Manager at the Vicenza Centre, “besides making it possible to recover the value of combustion gas, also calibrate consumption to real necessities, with effective and substantial energy savings. One only has to think that, for every day at full operating speed, the energy saved could heat a block of 50 apartments.”
In fact, the new boilers have a modulation range that ensures instant minimum output necessary, quickly and with no waste of energy.
IEG is also green on the Exhibition front, not only in its buildings.
Set to take place from 23rd to 27th September is VICENZAORO September 2017 with “The Green Jewellery”, corporate responsibility and sourcing policies for every material used in the sector.
While from 7th to 10th November, the Rimini location will be holding the 21st edition of ECOMONDO, the leading Show on environmental sustainability, at the same time as KEY ENERGY, which deals with energy from renewable sources, now at its 11th edition.
