Cutting-Edge, Precision Temperature Control

The new DYNEO DD series includes a wide range of immersion circulators and refrigerated circulators for demanding applications in modern laboratories. These units are designed to have high heating and cooling capacities while being safe and easy to use. Despite their heating and cooling power, the new DYNEO units are very quiet and save space in crowded labs.

Easy to use

The DYNEO series is designed to be easy to use, with all operating and safety functions conveniently located on the front of the unit. A unique rotary knob gives users a new, highly efficient way to control the instruments. Conveniently located on the front side of the circulator head, it provides direct access to the menu and all settings. This sophisticated yet straightforward operating concept makes it easier to quickly access the most frequently used functions. A mains power switch on the top side of the circulator switches the circulator head and refrigeration machine on and off simultaneously. The user can even switch seamlessly between internal and external circulation directly from the main display. DYNEO’s industrial display is bright and robust, so it can be read from across a lab. Draining the temperature control liquid is quick and easy thanks to an integrated drain tap that does not require additional tools.

Like all JULABO instruments, DYNEO has no side ventilation grids, so they can be placed directly next to the application, a wall, or other instruments, saving valuable space. Convenient handles or rollers make it easy to transport the units or set them up somewhere else.

A redesigned bath cover for CORIO and DYNEO is designed to protect against unintentional contact and prevent burns.

Powerful cooling

DYNEO refrigerated circulators are powerful units that are ideally suited for use in foundational research, materials testing, or in technical systems. They cover a temperature range of -50°C to +200°C with a heating capacity of 2 kW. Pump capacity is 22 l/min with pressure of 0.6 bar. The cooling machines operate precisely and reliably even at elevated ambient temperatures up to +40°C.

The refrigerated circulators have a shaped cooling coil that increases the bath volume for internal applications. DYNEO units even do their part to save energy, with multiple modes for the refrigeration machine, such as permanent-on, automatic-on, or off. Highly effective insulation prevents unnecessary energy loss and further improves energy efficiency.

Flexibility

DYNEO immersion circulators are delivered with a stable and robust bath clamp and can be mounted on any container up to 50 litres in volume, giving them extraordinary flexibility. They are used for internal temperature applications and cover a working temperature range of +20°C to +200°C. An easy-to-install pump kit is available from JULABO’s accessories line for external temperature control.

Internal and external

DYNEO heating circulators for internal and external applications are the best choice for their functionality, ease of use, and modern design. They are available for application of four to 26 litres and are equipped with an integrated cooling coil for counter-cooling. The integrated drain tap facilitates safe and clean removal of the bath liquid. All DYNEO units are equipped with integrated pump connections and an external PT100 connection.

Accessories

JULABO has a large selection of accessories for DYNEO, including inserts, hoses, adapters, pump connections, and much more. The comprehensive range of accessories makes it easy to adapt the units to individual needs and a variety of applications. DYNEO is commonly used to control the temperature of closed, external systems like photometers, reaction vessels, autoclaves, fermenters, refractometers, and viscometers. Small objects can even be placed in the bath at the same time.

JULABO Thermal bath fluids

JULABO bath fluids are silicon-based, chemically inert liquids that will not react to metals like iron, copper, tin, aluminum, chrome, or nickel. Compared to other fluids, JULABO Thermal liquids have extraordinarily high dielectric strength and are insensitive to environmental influences. When stored properly, they have a shelf life of at least 12 months.

JULABO water/glycol-based bath fluids (monoethylene glycol with corrosion protection additives) have very good thermal properties and low viscosity. Frost protection enables their use at temperatures below the freezing point of water.

Global service

For JULABO, service does not end when we sell a unit. In addition to competent consultation, our company places a high priority on ensuring that customers can use their units successfully and remain satisfied over the long term. That is why JULABO, supported by its subsidiaries and service partners, offers a comprehensive range of services, including service contracts, unit qualifications, installation services, user training, and rapid on-site service, among other things. These services can help avoid downtime and unplanned maintenance and repair costs. Proper handling and regular maintenance not only extend the service life of the units, but also ensure maximum performance during the application.
